Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the delivery date

Eligibility:

 

  1. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging;
  2. Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
  3. Non-returnable items include:
    • Customized products, perishables (food/flowers), personal care items;
    • Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials

Return Process:

  1. Contact Support: Email ​yuxtrade@outlook.com to initiate a return;
  2. Obtain Address: We will provide the return address

    Room 1206, Ruidu Garden, No. 5 Luochuan Zhong Road, Fengshan Town, Luoyuan County, Fujian Province, China

    and prepaid label (for defective/wrong items)
  3. Ship Item: Use trackable shipping and retain the tracking number
  4. Refund: Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary)

Additional Notes:

  • ​EU Customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies (item conditions apply)
  • ​Shipping Costs: Buyer bears return shipping unless due to product defects
  • ​Refund Fees: Payment processor fees (e.g., credit card) may be deducted for non-defective returns
